17 years ago today we were married. We built a home, had children, lost our daughter, built businesses. 4 years ago you were taken too soon. Somehow you still managed to give me everything. Thank you Becky, I'm blessed x
Running a private practice is a long game. It's about delayed gratification. The seed you plant today will only bear fruit much later. Ensure the process gives you joy.
Private Practice success isn't about great ideas.
It's about taking the right actions again and again:
Common idea + Consistent action + Effective marketing = A successful practice
How is AI going to impact private practice? I think pretty much the way the internet did. Improved marketing, admin efficiencies, but showing you care will always require a human.
There is no trick to a successful practice. Hard work in the right places and letting as many people as possible have confidence in your practice is key.
Being smart and working hard is the evergreen recipe.
Support small business owners, shout about them if you're happy with the products/services.
Trickle down doesn't work, but small businesses employ and spend locally.
Will healthcare be fixed by NHS, new businesses or practitioners?
I think it's best chance is to be saved by empowered & informed patients who make healthier decisions.
