@Guy_WR We had a retrofit fiber optic install, and our contract with Telus indicates the equipment is their’s, up to each unit interface.

@Guy_WR Depends, but I’d expect cable and phone lines were part of original construction, not afterward by Telus/Shaw. Regarding who is responsible for repair/maintenance, our building bylaw interpretation has been if it’s LCP in your unit, it’s the lot responsibility.
