unfortunately @TTCnotices is probably the most **unreliable** transit system for similar sized cities worldwide. when it works, its acceptable, but most of the time its not (delays++, detour, shuttles, presto issues, etc). absolutely unacceptable for a city like Toronto.

never again flying @MAS ... the cabin crew is ok but the "gate agents" absolutely terrible. literally the worst customer service experience on any int'l flight (of many!) that i've taken. the fact that the flight codeshares w @cathaypacific isn't enough to save this experience
