Think of something that you know you should do to improve your English that takes effort and energy.
For example, the imitation method or creative writing.
Do you put off doing this because it’s difficult?
If so, try this... (1)
Try this. Commit to 3/5/7 days a week. Pick tasks that you know will move your English forward.
Then commit time to doing the tasks. If you do more, fantastic. If not, that’s fine.

Other days, you’ll do you the 5/10 minutes and stop.
Both are fine. The key to this is to be consistent.
