i was not gonna mention anything anymore after the public apology but really enough is enough, stop taking advantage of the current situation to spread false & inaccurate statements. we did NOT only give a partial refund for anything, all refunds have been done promptly in FULL.

despite the t&c, i offered her a partial refund with consideration of fairness for both parties. however, we could not come to a mutual agreement. i have then decided to put a stop to the negotiation and have alr proceeded with a FULL REFUND to her.
