Unless I’m working in an ER, or working as a paramedic, or working as a firefighter, there’s no reason I should be expected to “thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.” Just fix the terrible management and stop running your office like a circus.

@femmezeldas when i use it on my laptop with an adblocker on it's just a huge blank space with a few posts here and there and it really puts the ratio of ads to posts into perspective 😭

@curlyfro i'm part of the problem bc my old boss was so rude to me & i just..accepted it? she felt so comfortable being mean af & i never spoke up :/ i know it's obvious but if u don't call ppl out when they're out of line they will think it's okay. easier said than done but i'm trying 😭
