@BrainAblaze Years ago, a friend was describing her headache, and that's when I realized that I've never had one. Brain-freeze from ice cream is the closest, but that passes in 30 seconds.
@BrainAblaze Yes, regular sleep schedule, drink water, eat healthy, and similar advice. But, that is prolly good advice for anyone. They have never said that would replace meds.
@BrainAblaze Docs tell me it is genetic or congenital, but I always wonder if it has something to do with a month-long, very high fever I had when I was 12. It could have been Lyme disease, IDK. I lost use of my legs for a few weeks.
@BrainAblaze Keppra is alright for me. I think there're some side effects, but I don't know how to quantify or describe them. I seem to be more adversely affected by stress. That could be age or something else. Who really knows; brains are complicated.
