While it isn't often talked about, inflammation from blood sugar spikes can be detrimental to heart health. Finding meals that don't cause spikes is important and UCAN's superstarch powered almond butter and granola have helped me do so!

Love getting Izzy out on the trails and she is finally loving it too. 800 vertical feet in 2km the other day...not too bad. Now we just have to get her some proper hiking shoes (that match her dress of course) 😄

I have more then one set of Garmin Rally power meter pedals. I'm not swapping out platforms, but it is pretty awesome that you can! One power meter for all your bikes: road, gravel and mountain, thats a powerful training tool.
