@Austxnz_luffy @Dotai9EU Jeff is harder to get value with than cat, she has perma invis with speed boost, an iframe on a 3s cooldown, double jump on button cooldown, shields for every ability and what does Jeff have? Bubbles that barely heal and an ult that it’s either game winning or a throw
