@CarrefourKe when an item is on sale - how do we know the expiry date - is mentioned on the app?
By law all items on shelf have to have a longer shelf life than how many months?

Waiting since 12th Dec. 3wks ago I get a call saying refund has been sent to my Mpesa. Nothing had come thru. Since then I've been ghosted. Everytime I write or call - they ask me to state the same problem all over again everytime.

@CarrefourKe a slot fee is charged on online orders so we can choose our delivery time bracket.
So everytime the rider is early or late - u refund the slot fee back?

@MyDawaApp I just downloaded the MyDawa App. Can't manage to seem to add an address. Under search New address - it doesn't work. Then brings an error unable to resolve host "https://t.co/T0PAdpSF7h": No address associated with host name.
Without this I can't place an order.

@ntsa_kenya OMG how often are your systems down. 4th time around at the Likoni branch. Waiting for smart DL biometrics for more than an hr and then all of a sudden systems are down. Please invest in a better system & internet. You are downgrading Kenya's name being a govt body.

Been for biometrics for smart DL 3 times. All times systems down. On the day of my appointment - you dont even have an automated system to msg people who have appt on that day to say systems r down - dont come.

Can I go for it at another branch?

@ntsa_kenya so I've done my application at Likoni branch which I guess has a ridiculous system - as a few times I've been there to do biometrics the systems are down. So can I do my biometric from another branch? @paduskies @couldnottagpesky

@ntsa_kenya just wasted 1.5hrs & 1500/- to go for biometrics to likoni Rd. Systems down since 2days in this day & age of great technology & so unprofessional not to send us a msg or email not to go for the appointment. Where do I claim that money back from?

@TransportKE is it ok for turning vehicles to turn without a signal/indicator? Happens too often.
Also if drivers started signaling at round abouts it would reduce traffic as another driver waiting to enter the round about is not wondering where the other guy is turning.

You outsource your work for home fibre repairs. They r not dng a good job. I had 3 diff teams come to my place 3 diff days and it's like the 1st team not liased with next team of what they have done. All 3 teams came to perform the same checks. What a waste of time! Ridiculous.

@Safaricom_Care cust srv called me regarding my home fibre. I had a bit of complaint as in the last 14 days I have been disconnected 4 times. They didnt like what I was saying so they just stopped talking and just left the phone running. An hr later they still there!
