@Stopworkplacebu Thoughts resonate from the current thought, so called anchoring.
Post-traumatic growth requires nurturing healthy thoughts and avoiding a sense of being wronged / victimhood.
Raise the anchor and take the helm.
@Bear_Is_Buzzed I'm an INTP, so I often get stuck on a topic.
I think most men have one goal in life: to prove to the world how big their balls are.🤷🏼♂️
I don't know, it's more complicated from my point of view, from my expirience.
It means to me, that whe have to possition our self somewhere on "the hierarchy ladder" at some point and scale our confidence accordingly to the ladder step.
If we don't, others will try to press us down.
Confidence (the way i see) it's a full acceptance of who You are, no better, no worst then others, so we love our weaknesses and strengths, we don't belittle others and other's can't belittle us (people like to test confidence of others).
I guess, it's not a grandiosity and smugness. Not many like it this way of being.
Confidence is confidence, you are, or You are not.
Each amount of confidence gained with life rewards should be view as grandiosity and smugness, positions us as a better person, boosting of self-worth.
I skip Dunning–Kruger effect.
