Sam Altman (CEO of OpenAI):
"You no longer need to write prompts."
In just 38 minutes, he explains how to use ChatGPT at a level that most people can't even imagine.
It's a talk he gave to Stanford students. I came across the video recently.
After watching it, I realized more people need to see it.
It'll completely change how you think about using ChatGPT and shows why prompting is becoming less important than building systems.

If you have a company-approved AI at work but you have not created your first agent, you are doing so many things wrong. So many things wrong!
Before lunch tomorrow, create your first agent. If you don't know how to do it, go the simplest way.
Say, for instance, you use Co-pilot. Create your first Co-pilot agent by going first into Co-pilot and dictating into Co-pilot about what you want the agent to do for you.
Tell it to create the prompt for a strategic advisor on every single technical piece of what you do at work.
You are going to tell Co-pilot everything you want this agent to do for you:
- Quick answers to questions
- Deep, detailed insights on technical stuff
- Financial statements review etc.
Then tell Co-pilot to create a very thorough yet precise prompt that you will then use to create your first agent.
Co-pilot will give you the prompt. Read through the prompt, see if you agree with every single thing there. If you don't, feel free to tweak and change it, then take it and create your first agent.
You can always redo your prompt from time to time, but create your first agent so that it makes your work easier.
Every single thing you're struggling with right now can at least be sorted first by AI for you.
