What if Banks don't issue a new card everytime the old one expires

Afterall, the new ones are typically reactivated with the details from the old ones

as it's dangerously toxic, et even when tossed in landfills, it can leak toxins into the ground et air

I think until the green movement successfully finds a way to bypass the potential fraud exposure of card recycling... Cards shouldn't be reissued just because it expired

Discount the stress I just went through getting a new card and the potential financial fraud that could occur when people throw out their old cards without properly shredding them
