@HMRCcustomers I've done my best, but I can't make a complaint and can't appeal, can't arrange to be contacted. What even is this system? I guess I'll just sit and wait for the bailiffs then :/

@HMRCcustomers I would like to raise a complaint about HMRC can I have an email address to write too. I have been ignored, i have been left out of pocket and i can't even make a complaint online because my documents are in flux atm (still waiting on my driving license to arrive?

@HMRCcustomers I have been trying to pay my damn taxes all afternoon, how hard is it to speak to an advisor who can actually help? apparently its impossible. Please understand my frustration here I have been polite but I am starting to loose patience with being sent in circles

@HMRCcustomers Martin please appreciate that without a government log in which I cannot get due to my license being in the mail, or spending yet more money on the phone waiting on hold it is impossible to complain. What recourse am I left here?

@HMRCcustomers How can i tell if I'm in a que, all i have is a very unhelpful bot who doesn't even understand the word tax.

So far i'm down £10 and no closer to resolving this, I think you can appreciate how unacceptable this is.

@HMRCcustomers Can't get through online or by phone. Already wasted £10 of credit on hold and didn't get through, which is unacceptable. I have outstanding tax and need to speak with somebody today who can help me deal with it.

@HMRCcustomers I got a stupidly big income tax bill today, I thought this was the responsibility of the the employer to take care of? Since starting i have had no access to pay slips, I was never told my hourly rate and my contracted rate is inacurate.
