girl what devil is out to get me, my 3 letter discord acc was also termed a couple weeks ago due to “child safety”??

Never once was I involved with anything surrounding children. My whole server with my friends was 18+ and I was in other servers with strict rules regarding child safety. I used this account to store memories, UGC files for my groups, and much more and it got permanently suspended.

I had tried sending appeals but since I no longer have access to the email all my appeals get instantly denied. I tried sending emails with a previous email I had linked but still unable to get a response. I also sent an appeal on the app itself and haven’t gotten a reply. It has been WEEKS.

Can someone please review my case? I have not been involved with children in any way and am confused as to why I even got banned for it.

Day 2: My account: kurixuvstwin was banned for “Terrorism/Extremism” over clothing tags like “dh,” “cutecore,” and “com girl.” These were fashion tags with no intended connection to terrorist groups. Please review my ticket and similar cases. @Roblox

UPDATE ON MY TERM:

I sent appeals the same day, but all got rejected. I also sent an appeal via Roblox support and that had gotten rejected as well. I am not sure if an actual human had reviewed the case but it said I would get a reply in 5 business days but I had gotten a reply in under 5 hours?

I am still very set back by the situation, I had the UGC uploaded for months and NEVER had received any messages/warnings regarding the description, name, or even the UGC itself so I assumed it was fine.

Still waiting to see if a real person can review this case :p

🚨 @Roblox @RobloxCreators There appears to be a huge false moderation wave affecting innocent creators. Please investigate your moderation system.

Over the past couple of days, a growing number of Roblox creators have reportedly been permanently terminated under the Terrorism & Violent Extremism policy over keywords such as “dollhouse,” “comgirl/comboy,” “DHRP,” and other tags that many creators believed were harmless catalog keywords.

This isn’t the only moderation issue affecting creators right now. Personally, my uploading account (@ s2oulsuploader) has received 8 false “Duplicate Content/Spam” strikes on hair recolors, as well as 2 “Terrorism & Violent Extremism” strikes, despite never intending to upload or promote anything harmful. This has caused the account to be terminated, with all of my appeals being denied by ai in MINUTES.

If these keywords were considered prohibited, they should have been tagged when creators uploaded their items, not left in use for months or even years before suddenly resulting in permanent account terminations. Many creators such as myself simply copied tags from existing catalog items or used terminology that had been common throughout the avatar community, with no indication they could lead to this.

Some of the affected items had reportedly been up for years before any action was taken. I also personally know verified creators who have been permanently terminated and had their verified groups locked.

I’ll be posting a thread below with affected creators to show this is not an isolated case.

We fully support Roblox taking action against genuinely harmful content. We’re simply asking for fair moderation, proper human review, and reversals of false strikes.

So I am leaving work and I get a text saying my roblox account got terminated. I am confused as to how I had violated any guidelines related to terrorism and extremism?? I have had my UGC that got moderated as well as multiple UGCs up with the same tags for months and never got moderated untill now. I have sent an appeal and contacted roblox support but have not gotten any replies yet.

I had just bought the nrw halloween items, birthday fedora, etc. and Now some random words in a tag that was copy snd pasted gets me terminated?

This AI moderation is something that seriously needs to be looked into better and if people are going to be getting termed from it, atleast respond to the replies?
