@palmpay_ng Palmpay, I think I'm highly disappointed in you. It's been 5 years I've been using palmpay for business now. You guys failed to credit a transfer and also refused to refund. Customer is weak and couldn't provide resolution
@fairmoney_ng@fairmoney_ng there is something serious going on in my sister's account with you now. Suspected activities, and I've tried to mail you but no reply. Several calls placed proved abortive as well.
If you don't own up to ur responsibilities,I will be ready to take it up with you
@MTNNG@R3rno@MTN180 The question posed to you is to give reason for the suspension. Why was it suspended in the first place? If you knew it would be suspended, you shouldn't have created awareness through your promotional msgs. This act of yours is somehow deceitful
@MTNNG You lured people into buying data bundles giving them hope they could share with family and friends, now, you stopped it abruptly without prior notice. This is wrong pls
@MTN180@ConsumersNCC@INNOCONNECT12 Which customers are you talking about pls? Ain't we your customers too? Or which change must affect one customer and leave other customer?
@MTN180 Why would Mtn stop us from sharing data from our bundles to our loved ones? This decision is unacceptable...what happens to the SMS you normally send that we can share up to 5gb daily?
@Ibrahammy1 Nigeria is a lawless country, everyone does anything at his/her own will. How can @mtn wake up one day and decided to suspend the share data feature without considering their subscribers? You keep sending msgs of sharing feature everyday
