The last cycle made clear what an extractive model looks like: value taken at launch, liquidity withdrawn, holders left with the downside. TOLLY is constructed on the opposite principle.

The protocol retains 10% of the fee, used for expenses and other incentives. The remaining 90% of the fee routes to the people who create, hold, and trade, or is removed from circulation on their behalf. With no presale, no team allocation, and nothing reserved to sell, the incentives are aligned toward a durable ecosystem rather than a single extractive event.

Nothing to miss, and nothing to pay.

You don't need to be there. The claim sends the tokens to the address in the proof, never to whoever pressed the button. So if someone else claims for you, the 50,000 TOLLY land in your wallet exactly the same as if you'd done it yourself. It is not a forwarding arrangement or an escrow, it's how the contract is written: there is no parameter for a destination. Nobody can redirect a claim, including us.

Straight into your wallet, as is. Full 50,000 TOLLY, no deduction, no wrapper, no vesting, no unlock.

On the fee: there isn't one. The only cost is gas, and on Arc that's USDC. A claim costs about $0.0035 , we measured it on a real one. Claiming for every remaining wallet costs about 17 cents in total, and we're covering it.

We're running the bulk claim early rather than waiting for the deadline, precisely so nobody's allocation depends on being available on a particular day.
