@olusegini @fimiletoks Can being certified signal meeting the minimum required skill? I think artisans should be able to learn and get certified by training under a certified and more experienced artisan who could be a small business.

@fimiletoks Depending on where he does more of his business policies that could help could include a subsidy on energy costs; a policy which reduces cost of transportation; mandatory and affordable health insurance and pension subscription plan
