Great performance , great result and great start to the season. Really good first half performance so energetic whilst also creating a lot of chances.

A Maccauley Taylor strike separated the sides going into the break , we started the same second half and got a goal early on through Jay Snook.

As expected Chasetown pushed and got a goal back within 2 minutes but from then on we defended resolutley , and got a third on the break Macculey Taylor again with a lovely finish.

Chasetown did get another back but we were good value for the win and such an impressive start to the season.

Through to the next round we go battling performance from the Grove , first half we showed some really quality and created some really good chances.

Second half as expected the visitors pushed and pushed for a goal , but it showed that we can grind out results when under the cosh which is a good omen as we go into the league campaign.
