@kangamerchant It was a hard watch at times. But only because our expectations have gone up.
We don't win ugly enough.
Today we got the points with a bit of luck, but I'll take it ๐ฆ
At the beginning of 2025 six wins was the pass mark for @NMFCOfficial this season. With Saints and Richmond still to play, there is a chance to go six and a draw. But we have to start playing 4 quarters!!! #AFLSwansRoos#nmfc
Surveys (done right!) allow everyone to be heard, even the quietest team members. Turn feelings into actionable insights, take action on these, and watch your workplace genuinely thrive. ๐ #EmployeeExperience#CultureInsights#CompanyCulture#HRTech
Trust your gut? Itโs helpful, but even better when paired with real data. Surveys will help confirm (or deny) your "everything is awesome" assumptions about your company culture. And this is KEY for remote workplaces!
Very thought provoking.
I do feel that each of us will develop a different relationship with AI, and at various stages of our lives this will need to evolve. It should always be one that we feel comfortable with.
Remote work thrives on autonomy and flexibility, but without empathy, it fractures easily, leading to disengagement and miscommunication.
Empathy isn't a "soft skill"; it's essential infrastructure connecting people across roles, cultures, and time zones.
What's working well (and what's not!), as a company, team, and individually?
Teams and individuals were able to share back their thoughts, and it was... refreshing!
With empathy:
- Positive intent grows
- Feedback improves
- Silos break down
- Accountability deepens
Empathy Creates Impact.
By understanding different perspectives, backgrounds, and emotions, teams can focus on what truly matters and make a more meaningful difference.

@kangatvshow What does our season look like if either Corr or Logue are out with injuries like they have in the past?
Our defense looks like it's got the least quality in depth.
