@eon_next this is all you get when call. On hold to a premium number with no answer. No reply on the DMs for 5 days. No response from whatsapp. If no response by 4pm today. I will be cancelling my direct debit. There is more than enough money in my account to pay next bill

@eon_next ive been ringing, DMing and even whatsapp for last 5 days with no response. Why is there two DDebits due to come out next month. I want my direct debit stayin the same. Im £300 in credit if i havent had a response today then it will be cancelled
