@British_Airways is there an email address for damaged baggage enquiries? I tried to get BA staff to raise a PIR on Sunday night but they were unable to - need contact details urgently.

@HeathrowAirport tried to get a PIR raised for damaged luggage on Sunday. Staff member couldn't get the computer to work and said she'd sort it later but nothing has come through - without PIR ref I can't contact airline to raise claim. What should I do?
