@euanmills @MPrinParr The cite BREEAM and LEED as inspirations. I checked the marking criteria. They give equal weighting to some ridiculous box checking. There is no mention of energy. So strange. Some seem useful like incentivising SUDS, cycle access, public transport, etc.

@professor_dave This could be made mandatory even without chlorine shortages. I visited Iceland where someone checked that everyone had showered before entering the pool. It seemed strange but it works.
