The worst thing is that @Airbnb refuses to pay for the only other available listing in the city because it costs more than my original reservation. They’ve only offered a $50 credit 🥴
Now @Airbnb@AirbnbHelp is ignoring any requests to help fix this situation. As someone that uses this platform for both business and personal travel. I'm so incredibly disappointed. Not only have they left me in a potentially dangerous situation, but they're offering no help.
@Airbnb@AirbnbHelp your support team has left me stranded in Medellin after my host cancelled on me 20 mins before I was supposed to check in. I've done everything I can, but I'm stuck and your team will not help. Not a good look for someone that uses your platform regularly.
