Received a delivery today including 2 bottles of bleach. Child proof cap was damaged meaning the bleach leaked out of the bottle. Clothes covered in bleach as we unpacked. Customer Services offered to refund the cost of the bleach @sainsburys who do I speak to about compensation?

@Verycocoa @virginmedia We’re in Se9 - I’ve reset the router and rebooted and all I get is a solid yellow light which apparently means there’s a problem with my device. Well they must all have a problem then as none of them can connect...
