@WrenKitchens ... you last week to order them. The advisor told me the wall units are supposed to come with 2 shelves. Ours didn’t and I refuse to pay for something I’ve already paid for but not received.
@WrenKitchens Hi Megan - I informed you too late, I think that’s the issue. So far I’ve been accused of lying, leaving it too late, or throwing the shelves out! All for 2 £4 shelves I never received in the first place. I didn’t know the wall units were supposed to have 2 shelves until I called
@WrenKitchens Hi Megan I received a kitchen 2 years ago which was missing 2 £4 shelves. Because I informed you too late, I have been told I need to pay for them!!! Honestly, I’ve never known such poor customer service/aftercare 😡
