I feel like I’m administering a Voight-Kampff test every time I read a suspiciously wordy email that includes key variables like the month and invoice amount. #chatgpt#bladerunner#replicantemails
I was thinking about executive reviews this week. One of my favorite quotes happened during a review when an enthusiastic product leader got wrapped around an axle trying to ship a product. The exec summary was kind and empathetic. I had it embroidered as a reminder. #leadership
Seems like an @audible_com dev is having a case of the Mondays. I suspect a production campaign test label was accidentally inserted to the subject field. Tom, lapsed listener, Hogarty. Unless it was intentional to get my attention... and cancel my subscription.
I will never forget Ann Hamilton's exhibit at the Park Ave Armory in 2012(pictured) and now I'll never forget the @RashaadNewsome exhibition visited yesterday. It was interactive so photos wouldn't do it justice. An amazing place for art display. @ParkAveArmory
I had to process the Duke v UNC game this morning. Coach K gave an outstanding lecture for the 97/98 season about respect for opponents. He's a class act with respect for all players. Posting a fav photo I took of Grant Hill practicing w/ the Pistons at Cameron. #duke#leaders
I have to thank @LateNightSeth for hosting @AnaGasteyer and Ana's reference to the remote controlled fart machine. Best device ever. Strait up ruined a senior PR exec at our house.
I've been buying product from @bhphoto since 1994(grey market TMAX roll film to start). The deep cut reference on @nbcsnl last night had my wife and I LOL'ing. #newyork#photographer https://t.co/MNwCZdmvm8
What I find confusing is that Edwin Land(of Polaroid fame) specifically designed a solution for this problem before WW2. Standards for orientation of polarizing film on the headlights and windshield resolves the brightness problem. Polaroid #originstory https://t.co/pFIT9NhumF
Many thanks to @Verison store location D621901 for taking care of me this week. This crew went above and beyond. Just a great teachable moment to be kind and patient with everyone you encounter.
@Verizon more than slightly embarrassing when your store doesn’t have phone or internet for two days in a row. Location D621901. Holding my phone and family plan hostage until they get right. Cc: @VerizonSupport
Slightly embarrassing. When you're moving all of your internet and family mobile plans from @ATT to @Verizon and the Verizon store can't even pick up the phone because their internet is out all day. At least my callback is on a post-it note. #humility.
I was at the florist this morning and they were at full steam for Vday. With supply issues and Covid related outages, please be kind to everyone. They're all doing the best they can in the moment.
@VerizonSupport@VerizonSupport ordered a phone last week and the location can’t complete the order or answer their phone because their Fios service has been out for days. Also trying to move my family to Verizon from ATT. Not a good look for Verizon.

I used to casually remark that I missed the seasons while living in the Bay Area. In NY, having my kids enjoy a 2 hour school snow delay while I watch inches of powder pile up... the sentiment is not so casual.
