For everyone.
1. There is no helmet law
2. Cyclists can ride side by side
3. Give at least 1.5m when passing
4. Road tax doesn't exist. We produce no emissions. Therefore the VED would be £0
Cyclists are humans, they make mistakes. But they're vulnerable too.
@xoangelarunsxo @GMB There is no law that states you have to wear a helmet. I agree you should but you can't fine people just because you disagree with what they do.
@goustocooking we've been using you guys for over a year. We were told yesterday that we're not having a delivery this week. Well done Gousto for profiteering on the virus and not looking after loyal customers. Appalling service!!! #coronavirus#takingadvantage
@walk_in_website @goustocooking Completely agree. We've been using Gousto for over a year and rather than protect their existing customers they've capitalised on a virus and maximised capacity. When all your temporary customers have gone in a few weeks, you might miss the loyal ones.
#CycleMyths 5 "Cyclists should use cycle lanes and stay off the road"
Truth - There is NO legal requirement for a cyclist to use one.The only legal requirement relates to drivers. When a cycle lane has a solid white line, vehicles must stay out of it during its time of operation
#CycleMyths 3 - "So it's ok for cyclists to come right up beside me when I'm at traffic lights?"
True! It's called filtering. Cycling is a great way to beat the traffic, stay fit and help the environment! Back to @BritishCycling with another great video:
