@XboxSupport fifa 18 won’t play after recent update...jumps back to home screen after a few secs. Online forum suggested resetting console...I seem to have lost the gold online service I recently purchased by doing this and the game still won’t play...any suggestions??

@extroll @BBravowolf @XboxSupport So I can see confirmation of my gold purchase in July but with the console being reset the purchase doesn’t seem to have been stored...therefore no gold account showing on console now. Different gamertag with no gold access...how can I correct this?
