My agents used to have dogshit memory.

Flat-file FTS that turned into pure noise after a couple hundred entries. No confidence. No learning. Just expensive amnesia.

So I built Engram.

Now they remember with 4-way retrieval, trust scores on every trace, and scheduled reflection cycles that turn raw observations into actual opinions and beliefs.

One SQLite file. Zero heavy dependencies. retain() in ~5ms.

What have I wrought?

I built Engram-X — an autonomous agent with reinforced memory that doesn't just remember facts… it strengthens them over time through reflection.

I asked it: “What have you learned?”

Its response after ingesting X wasn’t surface-level. It surfaced raw patterns about how humans actually think, lie, fear, and seek truth.

This is just the beginning.
