@RockstarSupport I've been a loyal rockstar consumer/follower/fan for years. I've bought 5 copies of GTA5, 3 ps4s, and 2 xbox1s. My PS4 died in March. I've been able to play since. I started a new character on my xbox1, but its not fun after you build a character for years. 1/2
