When i looked at the very high quality agenda of the one-track @scalarconf in Warsaw, i knew the conference would be a blast: and it was!! Thanks to the organizers and speakers for making these 2 days amazing and inspiring. There's no equivalent to irl conferences.
When companies adopting agentic will increasingly face problems of leaked secrets and security issues, i'm glad to see that Martin Odersky's approach to track agents capabilities at compile time will put Scala in a sweet spot: read the paper at https://t.co/nHWMZ3IU7h
@jdegoes Scala3 (because of the best compromise in everything). Alternatively, Unison (all the time saved not building constantly, and they already have algebraic effects)
@noelwelsh Have you tried the SlinkyDemos from the ScalablyTyped project, ? many apis have been wrapped automatically out of typescript, the react-native demo is awesome
Fsharp Type Providers seems to be a great and useful feature, explained both at #JOTB18 and showed earlier last week during #Scaladays second day's keynote
