@zoom_us two months down the line, and still no response on issuing the Β£130 you should have refunded. Not one response, you've even given up sending reminders that I'm in a queue.

@TAA_PR @zoom_us I'm in the same situation, over a month and not one response, not on social media, not via email, nothing. Zooms customer service is the worst I have ever come across.
@zc_dr @zoom_us They never do, mines been sat in their DMs almost a month... Have no idea how to get my refund and stop them taking money from the account.
@Kubiasa12 @zoom_us Been trying to get a refund for over a month as well, they won't respond to your DM and will be as evasive as possible. Worst customer service
@zoom_us it's been over three weeks and your customer service team can't get it together to just respond to one simple question? Ridiculous to treat paying customers like this
@zoom_us how long do your refunds take to process usually? I was supposed to be receiving back Β£129.49 back it shows in the invoice history, but have had nothing come through - and no response from your customer service team via email?
