Acko did not fix my car. They ruined it. Fraudulent service, negligent “technicians.”

Don’t make my mistake. Go to an authorized center. I’m sharing this so you don’t lose your engine to these people. 🔧❌

When I confronted them, they asked, “Do you have insurance? Tow it back to us at YOUR cost.”

I took it to Tata directly. Verdict? The CYLINDER HEAD is damaged. Why? The car was driven WITHOUT COOLANT for 17km (1.5-2 hours in traffic). (5/6)

Next morning, Uday told me to “fill water and drive 15-20km to test it.” I trusted them. It took 3 Liters of water.

When the car arrived home, I heard a terrible engine noise from 100m away.

I apprvd prts suggested by "Uday." Days passed. Excuses: “Prts not received,” then “More parts needed.” The manager, “Bharat” promised delivery, then broke it. After a week of chasing, I finally paid ~18k. (2/6)

🚨 Accident claim issue with @ICICILombard.
My car (Policy No: 3001/360680743/00/000, Reg. DD01C1352) met with an accident on 14 Aug 2025 near Alibaug. Surveyor approved all damages except catalytic converter, even though the car has run only ~3290 km.
