We say "Let's"

When you want to suggest someone to do something,
"WITH YOU", like an invitation.

⏭️It's cold outside. Let's just stay inside to stay warm.

⏭️It's hot outside. Let's not go out.

Now this is what you do to make request or to give commands.

⏭️Get up.
⏭️Eat your meal.
⏭️Be careful!
⏭️Help!
⏭️Read this book.

Notice how the exclamation symbol (!) is only used when the request is "URGENT".

can be used to form open questions.
