@DIRTBALL888@CptAncapistan@kid_riles Giving a credit to first time home buyers would allow them to actually participate in a market that is becoming increasingly difficult to break into. It’s actually super simple you little worm
@DIRTBALL888@CptAncapistan@kid_riles Here’s the actual facts, not that a bug like you would care about facts:
21% of home sales were first time homebuyers in 2025 (lowest ever, it was 40% in 2008)
And down payments rose 23% because cash buyers are able to outbid them.

@DIRTBALL888@CptAncapistan@kid_riles What part of what I said was incorrect? The average age of first time home buyers has risen to almost 40 but we should try nothing. I bet you also believe shit like we can’t raise taxes on the wealthy because they will move away. Just a knob licking pseudo intellectual cuck
@DIRTBALL888@CptAncapistan@kid_riles It’s only for first time home buyers. Not private equity or people who own 5-6 homes and use them as vacation rentals which make up the majority of real estate transactions right now. This credit would give first time home buyers a chance instead of being priced out.
