In German we use the term "Turmbahnhof" (tower station) for such a station, but is there a similar name in English?

Austria had a protocol in their Accession Treaty which stipulated specific Austrian words that can be used in legal contexts. These were only limited to food and agriculture but no reason we can't stipulate specifically ME words/expressions to cover deviations from BCMS
