@_BlackjackTek_ @DavidLermarl Same here. I was a blackberry guy before the iPhone 1. The shape is taking me back to those days with the added bigger display built in whenever I need it.

[Tomas @TomBattle760]

@markgurman I did. I sent a DM.

[Walker Pintado @bestnineplay]

@latsondheimer It’s not the interscholastic coaches causing this! It’s the greedy travel sport organizations convincing parents and kids they need to play year round. Leaving out the most important part of that advice- year round equals 12 monthly payments. It’s a business first.

@BakrOrNotToBakr @majornelson You just made me realize it’s not going to fit on the wireless charger slots in a Tesla…

If you’re a double hold back in HS with your chest out because you’re dominating kids 2-3 years younger than you, I feel embarrassed for you. Actually let me rephrase, your parents are responsible for this. I’m embarrassed of them. Justify this toxic culture all you’d like. “I’m gonna do everything to give my son the best chance at achieving his dream” … Yours or his ?!?! A lot of you parents are clout chasing, thirsty as hell to finally see what it’s like to be blue chip recruit. Because last time I checked you either got it or you don’t and if you need 2 additional years IN HIGH SCHOOL where 99% of the athletes will not make it pro, THEN YOU’RE JUST NOT THAT GUY!!!! Being older doesn’t change that and I’m sorry you don’t like it. This bum ass mentality is so trash to me. Little Billy wasn’t good enough to play with his age or even a year back so we made sure he was better by simply being more physically developed (by age) than the rest of the field. Shit is trash. And if you’re reading this offended, GOOD! I’m talking about yo ass !!! Wear the shoe if it fits 🏌️‍♂️🤷🏽‍♂️

Every parent, coach and player should listen to this. Maybe listen twice to let it sink in.

[Coach Swit @CoachSwit]

Never understood H.S. coaches who ignore freshman or JV programs.

That’s the future of your varsity team.

Then they complain about no depth, culture, or players ready for varsity.

If you only coach varsity, you’re not building a program—you’re just coaching a team.

We got coaches , agents, and handelrs” walking & talking they the ones getting recruited. Using highly ranked kids as bidding pieces to other teams to pocket some money . Even telling kids they’re going on unofficial visits at schools where they play their tournaments at to give off the look of validity and credibility all in hopes to get their hands on your kids NIL money. The shit grown men do to take advantage of your kids is why I haven’t coached youth sports or even gave private lessons. I refuse to be one of these punk ass daddies that justify using children that don’t know any better

[Su’a Kristopher Cravens @SuaKCravens]

I did 4 tournaments as a coach for Trillion Boyz a couple years ago… The embarrassing & unprofessional nature of the coaches, referees, and even OT7 at times created such a toxic environment that I had to step away before I put my hands on somebody (including a coach on my own team) … Doing backflips in underwear after scoring on a 14 year old freshmen because you’re a 19 year old double hold back senior doesn’t make you good. And the recruiting sites that love to enable this toxic behavior at tournaments are just as much to blame. Yal love shoving the camera in these kids faces whether they score a TD, argue on the field, get in a fight, or even get hurt. It’s all for clicks. 7 on 7 football IS NOT REAL FOOTBALL and you’ll get ya feelings hurt thinking your kid is better than the rest because of what he does in a passing league with zero tackling. This shit was meant to be a way of creating a “travel ball” for football players outside of their respective seasons to gain further recruitment. Not the popularity contest you parents, recruiting sites, and coaches have turned this bullshit into. It’s sad to see honestly!

Preach!

[Su’a Kristopher Cravens @SuaKCravens]

I’m sorry it had to be said. Had a parent at my barbershop going off about how his boy was gone be the next so & so coming out of HS and when I asked how old his son was , this man said “HE A JR, BUT HE ONLY 19” 😵‍💫😵‍💫😵‍💫😵‍💫😵‍💫😵‍💫😵‍💫 ONLY?!?! This holdback culture is getting ridiculous!!!
