I want to wish everyone a Happy New Year. 2021 came with its challenges but here we are, we made it. Remember those challenges and how you were strong enough to make it through. 2022 will be your year. Own it.
Conflict is an interaction most avoid. Conflict, however, is not an inherently bad thing. Good, productive results can come out of conflict when handled correctly. When you take this approach, conflict becomes a resource instead of a inconvenience.
This is the time to reflect on 2021. What did your successes and failures teach you? Are you stronger now than at the beginning of the year? Ponder all this. Take the knowledge this year has taught you and use it as a strength to take on 2022 stronger than 2021.
