We’ve owned the Kia for about 8 weeks. It’s been in the shop at the dealership for 6 weeks. Little communication from the dealership and no ETA on when it will be finished. Any recommendations on how to handle this situation?
We recently got a @Kia Niro. We have never had a Kia, but have been hearing good things from friends and family. Plus they have a great warranty! What could go wrong? A lot, apparently.
