Verona 1665. I’m in my study. I dip a quill into an inkwell and place it onto parchment. “Y’all will wear Vlone but can’t LONE (like loan) me V (superbowl number 5) bucks.” I set the paper down and sigh. Maybe someday my work will be understood.
@blown_through I could see its value in being given to a well meaning but misguided 14 year old, past that it’s pretty one note. Surprised it receives as much praise as it does.
@gabbisoong Mainstream multi-media projects, ARGs for the layman, not fourth wall breaking but behind the scenes footage spliced into film as part of its narrative. Will happen perpendicular to the information post-scarcity new world.
Extremely funny editing to frame not just your legacy sequel and eighth film conclusion to a franchise officially bearing your name, but your entire 46 year career, as all being a lead up to your next film. Nobody does it like him.
For the last 46 years, it has been my privilege to work alongside countless talented artists and crews to create these characters, stories, and films for you all.
I'm looking forward to seeing you at the movies! DIGGER. Only in theaters this October.

@AAAAAAGGHHHHH The thing that rubs me wrong about these kinds of posts is taking the poster’s side of the story as total truth, and then debating on the morality of the posting of that so-called truth. Non-zero odds he irked her somehow and this is the result. Is this treatment then deserved?
@ecto_fun If you extrapolate that over the last few decades, along with a stagnant culture and failing national arts programs to develop a wider range of auteurs, everything congeals into similar sounding stuff.
@ecto_fun One big reason is sometimes when a movie is being scored temp music from another film the studio owns is placed over the scene before an original score is developed. This can lead to a bias toward the temp music and a similar sound is chosen for the final score.
@NotPotBol On 2012 tumblr you could draw an image from a popular post and start a kickstarter for a 24 episode animated series based on it and walk away with a six figure sum
@depthsofwiki Cassavetes wrote one of the best in Killing Of A Chinese Bookie. “That jerk Karl Marx said opium was the religion of people. I got news for him, it's money.”
