Am I being thick, or would it just make too much sense to regionalise it AFTER the prelim round?? Presumably there will be some midlands teams in the north and some in the south. Just move one extra midland team either way then?

The preliminary round draw is today at 4pm.

It will be an open draw to see which of Tranmere, Rochdale and York will play Crawley - and ultimately feed into the southern section of round 1.

We might see York v Plymouth in southern section in round 1.

There's another twist.

@jack_kk3 @nodgers No way PP holds 16k odd now tbh. That was the cap when it was built and it's never been updated. Wheelchair seats built in the Kop since then, and seats lost to the wheelchair shelters in the Beb Paddock. That's even before all the blocks ripped out in the Cowshed, JKS, and Kop!
