@ParadigmPDS Swing the stick! Fail Aggressively! Hitting is hard. Why practice so much on our A swing when we dont get to use it on a center cut FB?

[Tom Flisk @tomflisk]

If you aren't tracking, you are just guessing! Excited to track our progress this fall with @ParadigmPDS. Big shoutout to @kylewellman24 and the rest of the team.

[Paradigm Player Development @ParadigmPDS]

“Excited to use Paradigm this fall to track our weight room numbers and on field measurables. The platform is super user friendly and saves us so much time as a coaching staff. During the dead period, we can give our guys a clear plan for what they need to be doing in the weight room and on the field. The analysis and reporting tools help us evaluate our players through a different lens and make more informed decisions about their development” - @tomflisk

West coast best coast! Rising freshman @CMSStagBaseball did not lose a beat this summer. Can play all 4 INF spots, hits frickin ' laser beams, and can sling the rock! Works his tail off and is a great teammate. Best of luck Kinglsey!

Crush 9, Windy City 3 FINAL
The Crush score 6 in the bottom of the 8th to blow open a 3-3 tie and win the Crestwood Collegiate League 2026 title at Ozinga Field. Big effort all season for a talented Crush squad. Stay tuned for more championship game coverage!

Shoutout to our EBT 2026 alumni for playing a big part in this championship. These guys would come to the facility, hit for multiple hours, then head to games. Excited to watch you guys compete the next 4 years!

Success leaves clues!

Exciting day at Elite.

The I80 Sports Dome went into the air today with tryouts right around the corner for our Tinley Teams.

Welcomed the @WindyCityHitDog to the EBT Family. Dalton and his team up there have built a monster. Excited to help them continue that ascent!

[JJC Wolves Baseball @JJCbaseball]

Wolves drop the opener 6-5. Jacob Miller was 2-2 with a solo HR. Mark Flisk also hit a solo HR for Joliet. We head south to Vincennes, IN for a DH on Friday.
