The level of care should drop for other patients who are actually in need of care, which to me it felt like it had. There must be more we can do to keep time wasters away from hospitals. The staff shouldn’t have to deal with it, nor should the patients.

@gloshospitals I am left feeling very disappointed in the service I received at A&E on Sunday morning. After arriving around 5am and getting booked in I was seen quickly by triage. After that I wanted until 9am to see a doctor. I asked several times how long the wait would be...
