@MikePichini @DrRJKavanagh I don't practice in this jurisdiction, but isn't providing a race-neutral reason sufficient overcome a Batson challenge? If so (and is the case in other jurisdictions), it really is a problem with the state of equal rights in the criminal/ jury selection context.
