Introducing Prividium explains how banks can move on chain without breaking compliance. Consider a mid sized bank that wants on chain settlement but cannot expose client positions or operate on fully public L1s.

With Prividium, the bank runs a private institutional chain within the @zksync Bank Stack. Trades balances and internal workflows remain private and compliant while settlement proofs are anchored to Ethereum through zkSync, giving finality auditability and security without leaking data.

The outcome is private infrastructure with public connectivity. Internal systems can interact with DeFi liquidity regulated assets can move on chain and compliance is preserved end to end. This is the Bank Stack in real world practice.
