im glad pan is finally not staying quiet and is standing up for herself. i don’t mind them making pheem’s dad the bad guy after all we all wanted more toxicity so ch3 decided to deliver. idk what else they changed but so far im loving everything and so excited for this series

‼️GBBs, every adaptation of a literary work into audiovisual media goes through changes. They’re different forms of storytelling, and being faithful to the essence of the original doesn’t mean reproducing everything exactly as it is in the novel.

So far, based on the teasers, I honestly have nothing to complain about. In fact, one of the changes I’ve liked the most is Pan’s characterization: she’s more active, more reactive, and a much stronger counterpart to Pheem. From a dramatic standpoint, this gives the character more agency and can make the Enemies to Lovers dynamic even stronger.

I understand the fandom’s concerns, especially considering CH3’s track record with some adaptations, but we need to stop with the “this has nothing to do with the novel” narrative before we’ve even watched it. The series needs to work as an audiovisual adaptation, not be a copy of the novel.

@yaelahrandom Solo quiero recordarles que Pls Love es una ADAPTACIÓN, no una copia literal de la novela. Una adaptación toma la esencia, la historia y los personajes, pero el guion se construye para el formato audiovisual, no tiene que estar "tal cual" el libro

Mình có cảm giác nếu mình là một diễn viên còn khá non kinh nghiệm, nhưng được diễn cùng một tiền bối như Lena, thì nguồn năng lượng và cảm xúc của Lena vào vai diễn cũng đủ để kéo mình vào nhân vật, giúp mình đẩy cảm xúc của chính nhân vật mình đối diễn lên cao hơn.
Teaser này nhìn sâu hơn vào diễn xuất của Miu so với hồi ở MSZ ở mức độ an toàn thì PLS love có nội tâm lẫn diễn mắt đã tốt hơn rất rất nhiều.

Bây giờ Lenamiu không chỉ đẹp đôi, mà còn đồng điệu với nhau trong cách thể hiện nhân vật. Ánh mắt, biểu cảm, nhịp cảm xúc và cách tương tác đều khá tự nhiên, khiến mình có cảm giác họ thật sự đang sống trong câu chuyện chứ không đơn thuần là đang “diễn một cảnh”… họ là nhân vật vì xem teaser tôi thấy đó là Pheem - Parn không phải Lena - Miu.

Ban đầu mình cũng hơi lo vì tiến độ từ lúc quay đến lúc phát sóng khá nhanh, sợ ekip hậu kỳ sẽ không có đủ thời gian để chăm chút mọi thứ như kỳ vọng. Nhưng sau mấy teaser vừa rồi thì mình yên tâm hơn rất nhiều.

Giờ thì thật sự trông đợi nhiều hơn ở PLS Love rồi 👌

Because you’ll most likely end up feeling disappointed. The novel will take shape according to how you imagined it, while the series will take shape according to how the creators want to portray it.
