How many of you fluid restrict heart failure patients to 1.5L? Me too! But the evidence would suggest this has no benefit on decongestion and just makes patients more thirsty.

@drscottyk Yes that’s correct. If you watch a CPET where someone gets to their peak VO2 and keeps crushing on, you’ll get a sense of how long they can go. It’s usually not long (at least for mortals).
