I just cancelled my Adobe licence after many years as a customer.
The new terms give Adobe "worldwide royalty-free licence to reproduce, display, distribute" or do whatever they want with any content I produce using their software.
This is beyond insane. No creator in their right mind can accept this .
You pay a huge monthly subscription and they want to own your content and your entire business as well.
Going to have to learn some new tools.
Definitely one of the shortest but most fun projects I've worked on. Sadly nothing ever turned out of this but the creativity level was very high at that time - just had a great team to vibe off of 🙏
Just published some concepts I've done for a internal "space RTS" prototype 🎮🎨🚀
My role was coming up with a basic art direction, delegating tasks to the small team and assessing scope and feasibility if it went into production

@kfua_@kirawontmiss It's "pride month" during the same time, that's why - companies like to throw themselves at that rather than support male mental health for once.
To each their own I guess
most of my research was based on Paris tbh - primarily because it has the most iconic landmark that'll help communicate the setting and city we are in 😄the characters were already made with that in mind... tried to not be very stereotypical
My second elevator illustration 🎉
Elevators are interesting because of their form - they are not only vertical but also split in two which, if installed badly, can ruin the artwork (elevator #1 had one floor where it was messed up). #illustration#splashart
That was this year's @RebootDevelop and what a blast it was - thank you for having us. Shoutout also to everyone who came up to our team members for a chat! They had a lovely time :)
Congrats to Gerald for holding a successful talk about being Art Owner of Fata Morgana ⏳
