Hi Jorgette, thanks for reaching out. I was fortunate to flag down a FedEx Express driver who cared enough to track down the package for me. I wish I had gotten his name, since he's the only one that helped during this entire situation.
The thing that bugs me the most is the lack of help. The fact that your AI phone system blocked me from speaking to someone until I lied and said I needed tech support for the website is inexcusable.
You have one job - deliver the package. Until that package is delivered to the address on the package, your job is not complete. It shouldn't matter what level the shipper used.

Do not use FedEx or Cricut.
FedEx delivered my package to the wrong address (no idea where, but not in my building) and refused to speak with me about it after I finally got through to a rep (by lying to the AI agent that I needed website tech support), telling me to go to the shipper.
The shipper (Cricut) tells me to talk to FedEx. After 20 minutes of holding, I may be getting a new package or a refund, but won't know until next week. I wish my Cricut access annual plan hadn't just re-upped in July.

It's amazing to think of the amount of work we put in at Microsoft to build a fast, responsive, and robust hierarchical file system explorer just so that everyone could put everything on their desktop.

And no, having an "Old Desktop Stuff" subfolder does not count as organization.
